Shipping Policy
Vale Scents products are made in Leeds in small batches all by hand. We are very small team and will try and work as quickly as possible once an order has been placed.
FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) will be applied to order over £50. Please note your basket contents must amount to £50 in value once a discount code has been applied to quality for free UK delivery.
FREE delivery also applies within the 5 mile radius of LS18 with a minimum purchase of £15. Please get in touch with us for this.
UK orders have the options of Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£5) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£8).
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard UK deliveries will be sent through Royal Mail Tracked 48 and can usually be expected within 2-3 business days.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need products urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your despatch email, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
